Say hi
We bring a mix of professionalism and humor to the table.
We challenge established thinking, rethink collaboration, and drive change with bold, unconventional approaches.
Always with the ambition to truly move people.

We are Guaiana+Friends. In our work, we keep coming back to one question. How can transformation truly move people while remaining simple enough for day-to-day work? One assumption guides us: the knowledge is in the system.
We are Guaiana+Friends. A creative lab, a concept workshop, and often the people who put it into practice in the end.
Ideas and concepts are a good start. But transformation doesn’t happen on paper. It happens with the people who make it possible.
Over the years, we have tried a lot, discarded some of it, and learned plenty along the way.
For example, that transformation works better when people talk to one another and have a hand in shaping it.
New things become part of day-to-day work more easily when teams decide for themselves how to put them to use.
That is how Unboxed OS came about. Our idea for organizing transformation differently, with day-to-day work as the starting point.
Unboxed will never be entirely finished, and that is intentional.
And it isn’t our answer to everything. That would be too good to be true. Which is why we also work in other formats. In workshops, training sessions, coaching, and sometimes on something that doesn’t even have a name yet.
Cheers, Antonio
We come from very different disciplines, and many of us have worked together for years. Shared values connect us. Hence Guaiana+Friends.
The task decides who joins a project. Even good ideas can get better when they are developed from more than one angle.
Unboxed has become the core of our work. It starts where transformation becomes concrete. Right in the middle of day-to-day work.
Not as another meeting. Not as a program that only reaches people later. But right where ideas and concepts meet the reality of work and have to show whether they actually work.
Unboxed brings topics directly into teams and creates a framework for engaging with them. In the team’s own context, in its own language, and with the people directly involved.
To make that possible, it brings together everything needed to get started. Good questions, thoughtful processes, materials, and tools that teams can use to work, experiment, and shape things themselves.
What comes out of it belongs to the team.
Unboxed brings analog and digital together. Technology comes into play where it genuinely adds something. What matters is what happens between people in the team.
And its impact goes beyond the immediate issue. Teams don’t just work on whatever is on the table right now. They also get better at dealing with new situations together.
How much room it needs depends on the issue itself. As much as necessary and as little as possible.
Unboxed comes with facilitation built in. This keeps responsibility within the team. And with each round, teams gain more experience in taking new topics into their own hands.
Support remains available. We’ve done our job well when the team needs it less and less.
The topic may change. The ability to deal with it together remains.
ALREADY UNBOXED
And it isn’t our answer to everything. That would be too good to be true. Which is why we also work in other formats.
Some tasks need an outside perspective. On other occasions, I have worked right inside the system as an interim manager or project lead.
Always with the aim of finding a direction together and turning it into something that works in day-to-day practice.
A few of our clients, and many years of working together.
From the engine room.
This is where ideas emerge, thoughts develop, and projects take shape.
Some things are already running smoothly. Others are still being worked on.
